• Are the products offered online all available in store?

  No, our selection of images on the site is larger than the selection offered in store.

• Can I return my purchase if it does not suit me?

  Yes, you can refer to the Delivery Policies section at the bottom of the page.

• Are online prices the same as in store?

  No. The stores benefit of a reduced rate when they buy in large quantities. Also, tailor-made items (online) are not made of the same materials. In addition, those online products are delivered directly to you, and there’s a canvas hanger at the back.

• How long does it take to ship?

  Your artwork will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified by email and will receive a tracking number.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes. We offer free deliveries to Canada and the United States for orders from Canada. You can contact our customer service for deliveries outside this area.

• How can I maintain my frame?

  You can clean it with a dry, soft cloth. Please also protect it as much as possible from the rays of sun that arrive directly on the canvas.

• How can I install my frame?

  All our unframed print on demand canvas have the option to add a CanvasHanger™ hanging hardware pre-installed at the back that makes it easy to hang without tools! For our in stock products, the hanging system is specified in their features.
